PLR versus MRR
Internet Marketers will always be looking for rapid methods to give information to their particular market in the most efficient way possible. One way to do this quickly is by getting PLR or MRR rights. One thing though, is that it’s critical you understand why these two are different. When you know the difference you’ll be able to decide which one will work best for you and your business.
Your choice will come down to why you need the content. For example, if you want to sell a digital product which can then be on-sold by your customers, master resell rights content is your best choice.
However, MRR products will usually not allow you to change the content at all. So, if you want to put your name on it, add your own affiliate links, or change the content in any way, PLR content would be the best choice.
You’ll also find that there is a huge difference in the delivery of the files. PLR is usually a .doc which allows for maximum customization, and you can even combine multiple PLR’s to make an eBook that you can sell to your customers.
The master Resell rights might give you the option to name yourself as the author but that’s about it. The things that you can do with the content is very limited, and to get details on all of the limitations you will have to check out the license, as it will no doubt have a lot of things that you don’t like.
When making the decision to use PLR or MRR, you need to have a look at what you plan to use it for in the first place. If you wish to do some viral marketing to direct traffic to your own site, then it would be best to use PLR, since MRR is so tight as far as what it can be used for.
However, if the Master Resell Rights license allows you to use the content as a free bonus, a high quality re-branded MRR product is an easy, low-cost way to market your online business.
Regardless, if you wish to be able to use your content freely then you should definitely go with PLR. PLR is also cheaper than MMR in most cases, and gives a quick way to assemble some eBooks. Even though you’re not the actual author, you can say that you are, and use it however you want. Not a bad bargain if I may say so.
